Bill Topmiller joined BSI in February, 2010. Bill is a Senior Civil Project Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in engineering and design, plant maintenance, and project management in a chemical manufacturing environment. Bill’s home is in Cincinnati where he lives with his wife Peggy. Welcome Bill!
