Cost Estimating
BSI provides the cost estimates for management consideration prior to project approvals for final design, or wherever the need exists for an accurate estimate of all pertinent cost components within projects. Services include feasibility studies, as well as FEL-1,2, and 3 level estimates, cost trending, monthly cost reports, and project analysis.
Our preferred cost approach is to provide a baseline estimate early in the project’s life and monitor that baseline with either regular cost updates or a subsequent, more detailed estimate. This approach gives our clients continuing cost feedback that can be used a basis for project control decisions.
