Renovation & Addition

  • A combination renovation and addition to an existing warehouse and tower, the project provided necessary process space for the creation of adhesives as a specialty chemical manufacturer.
  • The original 5-story tower was open to the elements and only accessible by means of a stair.
  • New work included providing an insulated metal panel skin around the tower as well as providing electrical and mechanical upgrades.
  • This project also added a loading dock to the south and created a new freight elevator for use in the process.
  • The project was completed on time and within the owner’s budget.
