Our Mission Is To Serve Our Clients & Satisfy Ours Employees
By forming strategic alliances with others who share a similar vision, BSI Engineering is now capable of providing full service consulting and detailed design, design-build, or EPCM services catered to meet any budget or schedule. Our mantra is: “Serve the client, satisfy the employee… and the rest will take care of itself.” More than anything, we believe if we attract the most service oriented professionals in our industry, then we will truly be seen as best in class by all those who make use of the services we offer.
What Gives BSI Engineering A Leg Up Over Our Competitors?
At BSI Engineering, we understand that the success and growth of our company is the direct result of how we treat the people we employ. Through our Stock Ownership Program, all employees are given the opportunity to directly share in the financial rewards that they help us achieve. We are truly an employee-owned company with over 90% of eligible employees owning some part of BSI. As a result, we attract the best and the brightest engineers around and this is precisely what gives BSI a leg up over our competition.
From block and process flow diagrams, P&ID’s, material flow paths, supply chains, and process simulations, to construction management, our expert engineers will work tirelessly to help you with any process design, process control, or process operations you need to execute. Let us help you with any of your process design engineering needs. Whether it’s transforming the respective raw materials of your industry into high quality goods and products that your customers can depend on or assisting you with industrial manufacturing, project management, or feasibility studies, we can bring your ideas to fruition.
